Ingredients
- 35ml Ben Lomond Raspberry & Elderflower Gin
- 15ml Passionfruit Syrup
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- Juice from half a Lemon
- Soda Water
- Freeze-dried raspberries to garnish.
Method
- Fill a champagne flute with ice.
- Add 35ml Ben Lomond Raspberry & Elderflower Gin.
- Pour in 15ml passionfruit syrup.
- Add 25ml pineapple juice.
- Top with soda water and stir.
- Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries and Enjoy!
