Visiting the Distillery
Where are you located?
We are located in the village of Luss, on the western shore of Loch Lomond, within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.

Is there parking available?
On street parking within Luss is restricted to residents only. Paid parking is available nearby at the North and South village car parks, both within a short walk of the distillery. Limited disabled parking is available on-site – please advise us at the time of booking if required.
The south car park is located just across the village green from the distillery.
Is the distillery accessible?
Yes, our distillery is accessible to wheelchair users. Please contact us in advance if you have any specific accessibility requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I take part if I am driving?
If you are driving but wish to take part in an experience, we offer driver’s drams to takeaway with you. Please note, Scotland has a zero-tolerance policy towards drink driving that is much stricter than the rest of UK.

We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly during weekends and holiday periods.

Are children allowed to visit Luss Distillery?
Children ages 8-17 are permitted on our Explorer and Adventurer Gin Distillery Tours. Participants must be 18 or over to sample alcohol. Under 18s are not permitted on our whisky tasting or gin blending experiences.
Children under 8 are not allowed in production areas or on tours, but may visit the shop and our exhibition building.
Are tastings included in the tour?
Many of our tours include a guided tasting. Please check the specific tour description when booking.
Can children join tasting experiences?
No, all tasting experiences are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. We may request valid proof of age.
How long does a tour last?
Tours typically last between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the experience. Some premium experiences may be longer – details are provided when booking.
Is photography allowed?
Photography without flash is permitted in most areas of the distillery, except where safety regulations prohibit it. Your guide will advise you during the tour.
We ask that you do not video record the tour.

Do you offer group bookings?
Yes, we welcome group bookings and can tailor experiences for private groups. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing.
Do you accept travel trade or affiliate bookings?

Can I change or cancel my booking?
Our cancellation and amendment policy is outlined in the confirmation email. If you need to make a change, please contact us as early as possible.

Are there toilet facilities on-site?
Yes, we have accessible toilet facilities available for visitors.

Do you have a café or restaurant?
We do have an on-site café provided by our friends @scoffandpatter
Is your shop open to the public?
Yes, our shop is open to visitors during regular opening hours. You do not need to book a tour to visit the shop.

Can I buy your products online?
Yes – selected products are available through our online shop. Shipping is available within the UK and to selected international destinations.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to certain countries. Please see our online shop for full details and restrictions.
Can I fill my own bottle at the distillery?
Not yet – however we do have a range of limited editions and distillery exclusive releases, subject to availability.
Miscellaneous
Are dogs allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our shop but are not permitted on tours or in production areas, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Do you offer private or bespoke experiences?
Yes, we can tailor private tours and experiences upon request. Please get in touch for more information.
