  1. To enter: Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Instagram only.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
  3. To enter on Instagram you must: follow Luss Distillery, Helensburgh Flowers & Scoff & Patter on Instagram (@lussdistillery, @helensburgh_flowers, @scoffandpatter.lussdistillery) and tag someone in the comments of the competition post.
  4. Only one additional entry per person will be awarded for sharing the post to their Instagram Story and tagging the required accounts. Entrants must ensure their account is public at the time of the draw for verification purposes.
  5. Prize: 1 winner total. 1 hour Gin Adventurer Tour at Luss Distillery for 2 people, A bunch of flowers from Helensburgh Flowers and a voucher for 2 brunch dishes and 2 drinks (excluding alcohol) at Scoff and Patter Luss Distillery.
  6. Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  7. The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other expenses unless expressly stated.
  8. Draw: 1 x winner will be drawn on 6th March from all valid entries received. The draw will be conducted using a random computer-generated process from all of the correct submissions.
  9. The promoter has final say on the selection of the winner.
  10. The winner will be selected on 6th March 2026 and contacted within 24 hours by being tagged in the comments of the promotional post asking the winners to message us via direct message (DM).
  11. The winner will be required to provide their name, email address and day preference by DM reply within 7 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner.
  12. Prize will be redeemed at Luss Distillery (Church Road, Luss, Alexandria, G83 8NZ, Scotland), on date which will be confirmed via Instagram DM when the winner is contacted. Flowers will be collected on day of the tour and the brunch voucher must be used in conjunction with the tour.
  13. The Promoter will not accept any entries received after the closing date or take responsibility for any lost entries.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to network, platform or system failures, which may affect entry or participation.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and disqualify any entrants where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry.
  16. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void. Anyone found creating multiple social media accounts to enter more than once will also be ineligible to win.
  17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  18. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  19. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook or Twitter. By entering this Competition entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
  20. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.

  22. This competition is only open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; Except employees of The Promoter and its affiliated companies, agencies or anyone connected with the Competition.
  23. The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  24. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
